Obedience Training and Classes
While we specialize in training Gun Dogs occasionally we will accept a dog in for just obedience training. Acceptance in the Obedience Program in limited. We are no longer taking Aggressive Dogs in for training. We will however gladly refer you to trainers who specialize in aggression rehabilitation. Upon successful completion of the 30 Day Obedience Program your dog will enthusiastically, confidently and obediently respond to:
- Come/Here- responding off leash around distrations.
- Heel- walk calmly at your side (both on leash and off leash) without pulling or dragging you.
- Sit- on command around distractions.
- Down-on command around distractions.
- Stay- for an extended period of time around distractions.
- Wait- calmly at doors and gates.
- Kennel Up- in vehicle or crate at home
- Place- lay quietly on dog bed
- Greet visitors and guests without jumping
